Tom is on every active job site five days a week. He started framing in 2003, ran his own remodeling outfit from 2010-2018, and joined the studio in 2019 as senior site super. He's now lead super on every owner-occupied project the studio takes.
He requests inspections the morning of, not the day before. He keeps a punch list current to the day. He calls the architect before he cuts a header, and he calls the homeowner before he opens an unexpected wall. The result: zero failed framing inspections in 2024 across 18 projects.
