Miguel manages every project from permit-issued through certificate of occupancy. He's built in LA County for 18 years — first as a framing lead, then as a super, now as the studio's senior PM. He's the reason our framing-to-rough-in window averages 11 weeks instead of 14.
He runs procurement on day one of permit submittal: windows ordered at week zero (12-week lead), MEP equipment by Stage 03, finishes by framing. The result is a construction phase that runs 4-6 months instead of the LA average 7-9.
Miguel speaks Spanish and English on every job site, holds OSHA 30 certification, and is the studio's lead contact with LADBS field inspectors for South LA, West LA, and the South Bay.
