Golden State ADU ("we", "us", "our") provides design-build construction services in Los Angeles County. By engaging us or using this website, you agree to the terms below.
1. Services
Construction services are provided under a separately executed written contract. Information on this site is for general guidance only and is not a binding offer.
2. Estimates and pricing
Prices shown are starting estimates and depend on site conditions, finishes, and permitting outcomes. Final pricing is fixed in your construction contract.
3. Intellectual property
All site content, drawings, and standard plans remain the property of Golden State ADU unless explicitly transferred in writing.
4. Limitation of liability
Our liability under any contract is limited to the contract value. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes are heard in Los Angeles County courts.
