Diana runs every project's design track from feasibility through Title 24 sign-off. She joined the studio in 2020 after seven years at a Pasadena multifamily practice, where she stamped 60+ permitted projects ranging from duplex infill to mid-rise. She now stamps every Golden State ADU set.
Her bias: design that survives plan check the first time. She maintains the studio's internal LADBS submittal checklist — a 47-item document derived from every correction sheet we've received since 2019 — and trains the design team against it. Our average correction count has dropped from 3.4 (2019) to 1.6 (2024) on detached ADUs.
Diana is a licensed California architect (C-32184), holds a Master of Architecture from SCI-Arc, and is NCARB certified.
