- How quickly can I get a consultation?
- Most discovery calls are scheduled within 2–3 business days. Submit the form and we'll reply with two or three time windows that fit your zip code and project type.
- Is the initial consultation free?
- Yes. The first 30-minute feasibility call is free for LA County homeowners — no obligation, no upsell. We confirm whether your lot supports an ADU and what the realistic cost band looks like.
- Where do consultations take place?
- Discovery calls happen by phone or Google Meet. If we move forward, the next step is a 60-minute on-site visit at your property to verify setbacks, utilities, and access.
- What should I have ready before the call?
- Your address, a rough sense of square footage you're targeting, and a budget range. APN or recent property survey is helpful but not required — we pull most of what we need from public records.
- What happens after the consultation?
- Within one business day you receive a written feasibility brief: viable ADU types for your lot, estimated cost band, permit timeline, and the fixed fee for full schematic design. Decide on your own time.
- Do you serve cities outside Los Angeles?
- We work across LA County and parts of Orange County. If your jurisdiction is outside our service area we'll say so on the call and refer you to a vetted local studio rather than waste your time.
- Can I reschedule or cancel?
- Yes. Use the link in the calendar invitation to reschedule any time before the call, or reply to the confirmation email — there is no cancellation fee.
